I am an NNA certified and Notary 2 Pro certified loan signing agent. I do general notary work as well as conduct loan signings. I am highly organized, communicative, and detail oriented. My strong attention to detail has allowed me to complete loan signings error free. On the rare occasions that I have forgotten something, I always notice the missing information and correct it prior to shipping the documents. I work hard to exceed my customer's expectations. I am very personable and try to make signers feel at ease when meeting with them. Clients/signers often request me to return to complete additional signing services for them especially in the case of reverse mortgage loan applications once the loan application is approved and ready for closing.
