Personal Bio
I am a graduate of Rowan University with a BA in Psychology. I worked in Accounting for 18 years for a Manufacturing Company as a Billing /Benefits Administrator. I also have a background in Education. As a former NJ Lenders Condoreview Analyst, I gained substantial knowledge about Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. I am familiar with 1003 and 1008 forms/applications. In addition to understanding MCOIs, flood insurance, appraisals, and all aspects of loans, I reviewed all the loans in my pipeline (Encompass) from beginning to end. I also ensured that all documents were submitted in their entirety while focusing on the rate lock and consistently communicating with the loan officers.
