I have been a NNA-certified signing agent for 2 years. I do a very good job with signings because I was a kitchen table Reverse Mortgage loan originator for 19 years. We didn't offer eSign until 2020. I went and met with my client to get started, and I also went to 80% of closings, especially when they were sending a notary. I have sat and watched 500 signings. On my first working day, I closed a Reverse Mortgage and a refinance without any issues. Most of my training, I don't need to study and make a high score. I can also do house inspections (to see if people have skipped out), and anything that an elder law or other attorney would need signed out of the office. I know most of these docs from working with seniors for 19 years. I can also do prison signings, personal signings, and most anything.
