I was a Realtor for ten years in Illinois, I was a top 5 Realtor in an office of 30 Realtors. I found that by spending the time in the office talking to the client and find out what they most wanted in a house including the size of the rooms I was able to separate the needs from the wants. People buy off of need and not wants. By doing this, I would show 3 houses and the client would purchase one of the 3. I was a Loan Processor for six years and during that time I processed First and Second Mortgages along with Heloc’s.

As a Notary Public my Real Estate and Loan Processor background has assisted me in understanding and doing a more complete job for the client. My equipment includes a Mobile Printer and Scanner so I can Print and Scan on the go. I also have a dual tray printer and scanner at home. Service the following cities: Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, Queen Creek and surrounding areas. I love helping people and always look forward to meeting New People. I triple check my work to make sure the signing is completed correctly the first time.
