I am a notary signing agent ALL DAY LONG. I am not an insurance agent, wedding officient, or Mary Kay lady. I don't believe in being a jack of all trades, master of none. I have studied and worked in various parts of the real estate industry. I have a very good grasp on all that happens before the documents reach me and what I need to do to ensure a good closing.
Personal Bio
In my life I have worked in a commercial bank, ran a business of my own for 37 years, raised 4 children while homeschooling them, and I have dabbled in many other fields such as: Real Estate Sales, Automobile Sales, Insurance Sales, and Child daycare. I have lived in New York, San Diego, and the Midwest. I have a great deal of experience with every type of person in every walk of life. I am comfortable in most situations and able to tolerate the discomfort that sometimes comes with being in other people's homes. My experience with children and animals makes me calm and patient no matter what's happening in some challenging situations.
I can meet borrowers at insanely early hours if that helps. I do have an extra printer if anything goes wrong and I keep my word and adobe files up to date.
