I am commissioned in both Missouri and Kansas, work 6 and 7 days, as early and as late as the signings are scheduled and not afraid of hard work. I am constantly learning and educating myself about every aspect of the real estate business. Right now, I am studying real estate, Mortgage Loan origination, and plan to get my title license in Missouri, not to work, but to be more able to help everyone in this process. I already spot errors made before signings on a fairly regular basis and am able to make sure I run those up the chain before the signing ends up needing to be rescheduled. I consider the Notary Signing Agent to be an integral part of the process. Not only are we responsible for closing the deal others have worked on for weeks or months, but we are the only face many people ever see along the way. I am organized, methodical, and a perfectionist.
Personal Bio
In my life I have worked in a commercial bank, ran a business of my own for 37 years, raised 4 children while homeschooling them, and I have dabbled in many other fields such as: Real Estate Sales, Automobile Sales, Insurance Sales, and Child daycare. I have lived in New York, San Diego, and the Midwest. I have a great deal of experience with every type of person in every walk of life. I am comfortable in most situations and able to tolerate the discomfort that sometimes comes with being in other people's homes. My experience with children and animals makes me calm and patient no matter what's happening in some challenging situations.
I can meet borrowers at insanely early hours if that helps. I do have an extra printer if anything goes wrong and I keep my word and adobe files up to date.
