I have worked with attorneys for over 30 years. I have specialized in closing real estate transactions. My duties included preparing real estate documents, including Warranty Deeds, Deeds of Trust, and Notes. I have assisted attorneys in closing real estate transactions in their offices. I have been a notary since 1993 and have 30 years of notary experience. I am Fidelity approved, have a complete background check through NNA. I carry Errors & Omissions of $1,000,000. During the course of my career, I have notarized thousands of documents, including, but not limited to financial documents, mortgage refinances, home equity loans, reverse mortgages, buyer and seller packages, debt resolution settlements, Last Will and Testaments, affidavits, Durable Power of Attorneys and medical releases. I am also available for photo inspections for both vehicles and real property.

I was born and raised in the Lewiston, Idaho/Clarkston, Washington area, commonly known as the Lewis-Clark Valley. I am familiar with the local title companies, attorneys in the area and real estate agents. My husband and I are both mobile signing agents and are available to assist you with your signing needs.
