Hello, My name is Tammy Skaggs, and I have lived and worked in Northwest Arkansas for many years. I was a cosmetologist here for nearly twenty years and have built many lasting relationships with incredible people worldwide. In 2018, I decided to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society with a Minor in Labor and Human Resources and certification in Diversity Studies from Penn State University. In May 2023, I earned these credentials. After the Covid shutdown and I returned to work, I went to a law office and helped them catch up on their files from working at home for a year. I became commissioned while working there, and when the assignment was up, I went to work as a Notary Public at a busy pack and ship store. The owners worked well with my class schedule, but I needed to separate notary work from the packaging business. I continued my study of notary law along with my other college classes. In my experience, people shouldn't have to wait in long lines for customers to return other items when they have something as important as the need for notarizations. I believe people need my undivided concentration on essential documents, so I started Skaggs Noble Notary LLC. I provide more privacy, uninterrupted attention to detail for your important documents, and more flexibility than these print shops offer. A mileage fee of .60 per mile is added to the mobile fee after the first ten miles. Loan signing can be done in your home, we can meet in a comfortable restaurant or even on the online platform. (additional fees may apply for RON signings) Please call to inquire.
