I was born and raised in rural Idaho. I am the mother of 3 grown daughters whom I am extremely proud of. I lived in northern CA for about 10 years where I worked as a nursing coordinator for a large home health agency. When we relocated to NC I switched gears and worked as a recruiter for the health care industry. After about 5 years of recruiting I made my move into the mortgage world. Originally I worked as a Loan Officer, then moved into a Regional Account Executive Role. I handled a large area of western NC, VA & WV, which kept me on the road a lot. I believe this was "training" for my future career as a signing agent :) When the market crashed I, like many many others in the mortgage industry, found myself on the street looking for a job. And the streets were full...and the jobs were not plentiful. I had just received my notary commission and decided if I was going to eat, I needed to find a way to make this notary stamp print dollar bills. So I took all the marketing and sales experience I had accumulated over the years and figured out how to create my own job. That was in 2008 and I have never looked back. I love being my own boss, working from home (well, ok, my car), managing my time, and most of all meeting new people and seeing new places every single day. All the experiences I've had up to this point in my life were merely grooming me for what I do now. I am blessed and life is good.
