I am a full-time notary, available 24/7 for all types of notarization. I am an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, background checked and insured. I have completed over 1000 signings and have experience with VA loans/refinances, Seller side, buyer side, purchases, refinance loans, and reverse mortgage applications. I am available for last minute and emergency signings. My service area is a 50-mile radius from my home. I have a bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies with a minor in Business. As a paralegal I have dealt with many types of documents to include Powers of Attorney, Affidavits, Acknowledgements, Jurats, etc. I have also received certificates from Notary2Notary and am continuing to self-study.
My office hours are Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 6 pm - HOWEVER, I AM AVAILABLE BEFORE AND AFTER HOURS AND WEEKENDS FOR LOAN SIGNINGS AND EMERGENCIES!
