I am a mobile Notary Public Certified Signing Agent with knowledge and credentials to close real estate transactions. Experienced in refinances, reverse mortgages, purchases, sales, equity lines of credit, and fixed equity loans for local and national lenders. I represent the title agency as well as the lender at the table with the borrowers and complete their loan documents, notarizing them, and returning them to title/lender as requested for funding. I am certified and background checked by the National Notary Association (NNA) and certified with the Loan Signing System (LSS). I provide high quality service to the following areas:

Personal Bio
I was employed with the United State Marshal Service for 25 years, retiring in June 2014 as a Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal with a total of 31 years of government service, three of those with the US Army. After retirement I started a real estate investing company, FlippingOut Home Investors LLC, and assist part time in operating the company. My number one priority is to continue building my signing business assisting title and escrow offices with loan closings.
