I make sure the PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all major documents are all filled out completely and signed and dated properly. In additions to Loan Signings, I do general notary work including but not limited to wills and estate documents, trusts, Powers of Attorney and affidavits. I will go to hospitals as well.
