I have experience and training in refinances, reverse mortgages, buyer, seller, heloc, FHA/VA and loan modification packages as well as experience in special situations such as split signings, trust signings, commercial signings, hard money loans etc. I have done over 400 loan signings and I have training in estate planning documents as well.
