- I Don’t miss signatures, stamps or Initials and If I ever make a mistake, I Fix errors ASAP and don’t make excuses.
- I Have Errors and Omissions insurance of $100k
- I am familiar with many closings such as refinances, sales or purchases, Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), commercials, constructions, reverse mortgage (HECM) etc.
- I am also very astute in all notary laws, and strictly adhere to them when representing my clients.
