I also have a hotspot and portable surface that allows me to upload documents and fax them from my car instead of returning to my office. To accommodate late signings, I've familiarized myself with the UPS & FED-EX locations that accept late drop-offs. Additionally, because I understand that communication is essential, I will communicate via email/text to update you on the status of your documents (throughout the entire process).
