We are available for settlement closings Monday through Friday 5am - 11pm, Saturday until 2pm, and occasional Sundays. Flexible appointments are a growing request from your clients as their schedules become increasingly difficult around the traditional 9-5 office hours due to demands of career and family. In addition, we journey to your client or your office to suit the timetable preferred. We are available in Berks and 8-12 surrounding counties, as listed on the attached contact and coverage sheet. This gives you the ability to further expand your client base, while not having to add costly full time employees to your staff. We are detailed oriented individuals with highly qualified skills and experience that we believe will compliment your business. All work is triple checked for completion and accuracy. We have knowledge on many different levels and aspects of the mortgage and real estate industry, including refinance, reverses, cash and full mortgage purchases to name a few.
