I am an experienced notary loan signing agent based in the Inland Empire. The majority of realtors don’t realize that they can hand pick the notary loan signing agent of their choice for their transactions just like they choose the title company, mortgage officer, insurance agent, etc! Because you are the real estate agent, everyone works for you! You likely utilize the same individuals in those above positions time and time again so why wouldn’t you choose the individual who sits with your client(s) to finalize the transaction by signing the docs? I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can delay the closing for your buyer. I will always do my best to ensure I don't ever miss any dates, initials, or signatures so they move into the house on time! Funding conditions can delay a closing and you can have trust in me that I won’t cause any! I will travel anywhere to facilitate the signing including your office if that helps close the loop for the service you provide! The signing process is the most nerve-wracking part of the real estate process and I will walk your buyer through the closing statement, note and all of the documents in a thorough and patient manner. At the end of the day I know I am an extension of you and your business; I am not just a notary. I am an extension of you personally and I take that very seriously. I care about the relationship you have created with the borrower. A better relationship equals referrals for you which also helps me so I embrace that! I value the fact that you have fostered the relationship with the buyers for the past 30, 45, 60, or 90 days! That does not go unrecognized by me!
