Hiring me for your signing will guarantee that no mistakes are made on the documents. I make sure to go over each and every page carefully with the borrower to make sure no signatures, dates or initials are missed. I also ensure the borrower fills out all the forms correctly and complete, such as PCOR, trust certificates, statement of information, and any other forms. I prioritize getting documents in FedEx the same day. I have a mobile scanner and will scan back the documents, if requested, as soon as the appointment is completed. Lastly, I am never late and am very flexible with my availability.
