I am a licensed TIPIC here in the state of Maryland trained and certified (NNA, LSS certified) to notarize and walk borrowers through mortgage loan documents. Although I an new to the world of Loan Signing, I am not a stranger to other aspects of Real Estate as I am also a licensed Realtor® in Maryland and Washington DC. I have extensive training to walk borrowers through refinance, HELOC, purchase, and seller loan documents. I am diligent and meticulous, always doing my best to make certain signings are not missing any signatures ,initials, and proper notarial laws are enforced. Nevertheless, I am always seeking training on how I can continue and improve. I understand the importance of accuracy. At present, I service all cities in Prince Georges County, and some cities in Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Howard counties in the state of Maryland.
