Hello everyone. My name is Elisa Feliciano and I am the owner of Sovereignty Signature Notary Srvcs. I love being a Notary Signing Agent is because I love helping people as well as I love real estate. My dream was to become a Real Estate Agent. Even though I went to real estate school last year and passed both parts of the licensing exam (PA State Real Estate Salesperson & National Real Estate Salesperson), I was looking for something more. After seeing numerous ads about the Mark Wills' Loan Signing System and doing my own research on it to see if it is legit, I decided to go online & sign up to take an accredited notary public licensing course & passed the PA Notary Public licensing exam, I did the Loan Signing System course and never went back. I love being a Notary Signing Agent and is much less stressful than my 10 hours a day, 4 days a week overnight job. I would love to pursue this full time and become a successful NSA. I have been a mobile NSA for 10 months, I am also Bilingual (Spanish), and have experience doing IRA Applications, HELOC, Sellers Package, Refinance, Purchase, Loan Modification, Reverse Mortgage, and HUD Partial Claims. I am LSS Certified, NSA Certified through the National Notary Association (NNA), and an NNA Member.
